Job description- HR Executive


Responsibilities

  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Pan India recruitment for various profiles through employment portals.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant Manager, or similar role in the Corporate sector
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting from various portals
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
